Kate works with women who are experiencing a range of mental health concerns, as well as those who are wanting to grow in their own personal development. She has a special interest in perinatal mental health, women's health and working with female executives and entrepreneurs.

Kate has conducted research about improving working relationships in health. She has worked with a team of researchers on re-engaging young people from marginalised backgrounds in meaningful education. Kate has also co-edited research about problem-solving training and its effects on the mental health and wellbeing of rural and remote women in Australia.
